My experience was great! Even though it is a busy place, Juan went out of his way to explain everything needed to proceed with my car's repair, including details about the insurance. The team is well-trained and did an excellent job on my car. PS: I had an accident where my front tire blew out and my driver's side door was completely crushed

After having a car accident, they were able to turn a bad experience into a positive one. Their staff was very professional and friendly and were willing to keep me informed throughout the process. I would come back to them for future Paint And Body needs.

THE best body shop in Miami - no doubt about it. Nelly, Luis and the team were incredibly courteous to me, my wife and our daughter Nina (Nelly even ran to buy our daughter an iced tea when she saw that our 9 year old was feeling nauseous).. Luis was kind and incredibly professional while assessing the damage from my wife’s car accident. They took care of everything, even called the car rental company to schedule a pickup for my wife. All and all, it was a 5-star experience. It’s no wonder they’ve been in the business for over 50 years. Thanks again, Sebastian, Ivette & Nina

My experience with this collision body shop was terrible. They use a texting / portal automation tool that misleads estimated completion time frame. When questioned about why aren’t you updating the portal, front desk representative response “ unless I call you, it’s not ready”. So why even have that platform is place. They had my car for over three weeks to repair a rear door and rear bumper. When I received the car, the detail manager failed his job with verifying panels were reassembled correctly, they had to take my car back into the shop to fix incorrectly install panel. They charged my insurance $800+ for a used door. Crooks! Returned my car with dust and residue on my rear tires / wheels, even after they washed it. The shop parks all their cars up and down the road obstructing neighboring houses front yard. The neighborhood looks like junkyard of crashed or in progress cars.

I took my car to De Colores and was greeted by the owner, Henry, who is a phenomenal person. From the very beginning, he explained every detail of the process and what would happen moving forward with my insurance, Progressive. The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Henry truly listened to all of my concerns. I’m very particular about my car—it was already in great shape—and he assured me I would be extremely happy with the results. He then introduced me to Nelly, the office manager, who helped me get into my rental car seamlessly. I was also introduced to Juan, the specialist responsible for ordering parts. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. I picked up my car a week and a half later, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The work was outstanding. Huge thanks to Henry and his entire staff for their exceptional service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend De Colores. Most importantly Lifetime warranty on all craftsmanship and paint .
